I have to thank Steve at All Vacuum for his personal commitment and service to his customers. I moved to Northern KY three years ago. I always go to businesses that are privately owned if possible. I googled vacuum shops and fortunately found Steve. He has been very helpful with my vacuum purchases. I have a new vacuum for myself and just purchased a used vacuum for my 23 year old son. We purchased a Miele vacuum from All Vacuum. Steve and his staff were very knowledgeable with the products they had to offer and even gave great demonstrations as to how well their vacuums work on getting dirt out of carpet. All Vacuum Center carries Bona cleaning products and they are the best! The hardwood floor product cleans and shines. Best of all, no toxic smells for your family, especially the ones who crawl on your floor, like babies and dogs. Recently I bought Bona's microfiber spray mop with a refillable spray. I'm no longer on my hands and knees cleaning the hardwood and I even have one hand free, because the spray is a part of the microfiber mop. Thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly people at All Vacuum Center, I was steered in the right direction to get the right products for my needs. Visit one of their stores and see for yourself. I have always wanted a good vacuum, but never got around to buying one.  I was preparing for a party at our house, and I wanted to do a thorough cleaning.  As always, I got frustrated with the performance of my vacuum.  I read up on the current upright options, and decided to visit All Vacuum in Fort Wright for the first time.

I had a number of questions to ask, and Bill Lason was very informative and answered all my questions.  By the time I left the store, I had a Riccar upright vacuum to test out on the various carpets and floorings in my home.  It was impressive to see what a difference this vacuum made, and my husband thought that it was self-propelled due to the ease of operating it, but to his surprise, it wasn't.

I returned the following day with my husband, and we bought the same Riccar model that we tested in our home.  I wanted Bill to share his knowledge and expertise of the vacuum and its performance with my husband.

I am so pleased with this vacuum, and it was such a great experience to purchase a vacuum that will do an incredible job of cleaning and maintaining our carpets/floorings.  Bill listened to my specific needs and concerns, and he advised me on what product would be the best fit within my budget.  I highly recommend Bill and All Vacuum!

I purchased a Miele Cat & Dog vacuum from your Fort Wright store Monday afternoon. I'm sending this note to let you know that before I went to your shop, I was planning on purchasing a Miele S7210 from (currently $399 - was $429 just a few days ago). My only hold-out was that I recently installed new frieze carpet in my house which is very thick. I wasn't sure if any of the Miele models would be able to "push" through the dense fiber of my new carpet so I sought out a local dealer to try one in person (still intending to purchase it online from Amazon). I found your store through the Dealer Locator portion of Miele's website. After visiting your store and talking with Bill, I still wasn't completely sure if the Miele would work on my carpet. After much demonstration and discussion, Bill offered to let me take a brand new (demo) Miele (the S7260) to my house and try it...which I did, and of course, it worked just fine.

Here is why I decided to buy from you.

1) Bill offered a take-home trial of any vacuum in the store. Even when I told him that "if" the Miele would in fact suit my needs, I might still buy it from Amazon, he wasn't phased and reiterated his offer. I obliged.

2) The 5 year service plan and carpet equipment offer.

3) You're local. Your company gainfully employs local people to work in your shop - seemingly full-time. (How cool what it be to have a large photo of you and all your employees on the wall showing that you're a local guy/company)

4) Again, Bill. He demonstrated why the S7260 cost so much more than the S7210 and is worth the difference.

So overall, you beat Amazon because of Bill, the take-home demo and your local support incentive/offers.
