At the start of 2020, All Vacuum Center changed hands. Hands that had carried the store’s name, ‘Steve Cain’s All Vacuum Center’ retired and passed the torch to a very capable and experienced pair of hands that have been at the heart of All Vacuum’s operations since 2010. Bill Lason is the new owner and operator of All Vacuum Center! Bill recounts his beginnings with All Vacuum and his steady growth and success that has ultimately led him to ownership of the business when Steve Cain, it’s long-time owner, retired.

From Penn State University to All Vacuum Center

Bill moved to Northern Kentucky a little more than 10 years ago. A move that left Pennsylvania and a career at Penn State behind. Bill’s position in the maintenance department at Penn State paired well with his inherent love of fixing things and helping people…a love that would suit him well in Northern Kentucky as he sought a new career path. After Bill’s family moved to Northern Kentucky in 2009, his search for his next career move was one that he didn’t take lightly. Bill knew there were doors to be opened that would fit his skills and passions. Determined to find successful and fulfilling employment, his search literally led him to the ‘A’s’ in the phone book! He didn’t have to try too many doors, because Bill found a perfect fit at All Vacuum Center in their search for a new service technician and salesperson. Bill joyfully joined the All Vacuum team on May 21st of 2010!

10 Years As a Service Technician and Salesperson For All Vacuum Center 

Over the last 10 years, Bill has helped build the All Vacuum reputation of excellence in sales and service, putting customer’s needs first, and creating a wide knowledge base about all of the products available in the store. Bill’s desire to put high quality vacuums in the hands of Northern Kentucky led him to operate the Ft. Wright All Vacuum Center location for 3 years on his own. Eventually returning to the Crescent Springs store, you will find Bill both behind the service counter and out on the floor; serving the needs of the Northern Kentucky community.

Bill looks forward to continuing to be a pillar of Northern Kentucky retail commerce; growing the All Vacuum business by promoting community and treating each customer and client with prompt and clear communication and impeccable service. If All Vacuum is open, Bill is there….and so is the All Vacuum Monkey! Bill, along with the beloved All Vacuum Mascot, are reliable and friendly faces, fueling the excellence of All Vacuum Center.

Northern Kentucky is Home For Good!

When All Vacuum is dark, you can most likely find Bill spending time with his 6 grandchildren and his wife. They enjoy being at their homestead, enjoying their property and all the benefits of living away from the bustle of the city. Continually supporting other Northern Kentucky small businesses, Bill and his family enjoy Sub Station II, PeeWee’s, and El Rio Grande in Independence!
